Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your JAFRA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring that all components and a copy of your packing slip are included inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks or barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
